Thinking ahead Quest Lv3

Okey i start on Aion world mins ago and when im going to do the quest of Lv 3 "Thinking ahead" where u have to pick up some grain bags ... well i see the people picking em but when i try to collect the bags nothing happend, i right click left click used the "4" loot buttom and nothing happens, i hope someone can reply this post and help me to finish the quest ;) thanks
